Hello Newlyweds!
Congratulations on your recent wedding engagement. As you begin planning your special day, we invite you to attend the Third Annual My Favorite Bridal Show hosted by Events By Victoria.

We are looking forward to an exciting 2026 wedding season and would be delighted to welcome you to our event. The Third Annual My Favorite Bridal Show will take place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in The Kettle Room at 329 McGill Ave., Concord, NC. Couples who pre-register (admission for two) will receive complimentary entry; otherwise, the entrance fee is $5.00 per person at the door.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample a selection of foods and desserts, enjoy a curated fashion show, explore various vendor offerings, and participate in prize drawings. This event also provides an excellent opportunity to interact directly with vendors and address any specific questions you may have.

The show features more than 60 wedding vendors, presenting a broad range of options not typically available at smaller private bridal shows.

Here’s some helpful tips:

Couples that pre-registering get in free.

Ticket prices are $5 per person.

Bring your fiancé or your parents, or your whole bridal party.

Bring a notebook and be prepared to take notes, accept business cards, etc.

Bring self-printed labels (with your name, email address, phone number & wedding date). You can simply rip off a label to leave your information with vendors. It will save you a great deal of time.

Take time to talk to the vendors – take advantage of this opportunity and ask important questions.

Set Up: 9:00 am until 10:30 am
Show Hours: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Booth fee: 10x10 space for $150.00

We are super excited for the 2026 wedding season. We’re looking for vendors to fill our booth spaces. The show features more than 70 wedding vendors, presenting a broad range of options not typically available at smaller private bridal shows. This will allow us to not only have the normal wedding vendors; but also, those small businesses that are trying to get their products known in the local wedding business. Only four from each field - meaning we have a lot of different types of wedding vendors waiting to meet you.
Swag bags will be given to all brides at the welcome desk. Vendors can add items (brochures, cards, samples, trinkets, etc.) into the bags; but these items must be given to Victoria a week prior to the show, no later than February 16. All raffle items must be turned in at the welcome desk during setup.
To secure your booth, we need a signed registration form returned to Victoria and payment received. Reserving a booth is on a first-come basis. If you have any questions, please reach out to me. Hope to see you there!
